The Manage Vote page will find all individuals in your department eligible to vote on the packet.
- You can select "Not Eligible" when there is a conflict of interest, e.g., a spouse should not vote on his/her partner's packet.
- The default Vote Due Date is seven days from the day you click "Send for Vote."
- You can change the default Vote Due Date using the field at the top of the page. To add the Vote to the “voters’” For Review page, you must click the Send to Vote button. This button also generates and email to the voter describing the vote process.
