Administrators may play several roles in the Advance system. at the most basic level an Administrator may view all faculty and non-faculty academic records that their permissions allow them to see—this is based on the departments which have been assigned to them. The Administrator Plus may also view packets and CVs for those faculty and non-faculty academics for whom they have access.
